I cloned a form and renamed it but when it processes it still shows the former name.

IT shows the form I cloned name when people submit it. How do i get that to change?

It was cloned and renamed The troupe payment form. But when people submit it  its showing up Ensemble.

You will need to modify the title of your form's email notification to make it similar to your current title. Simply go to your email notification settings then on the email body, delete the "Ensemble" title and replace it with "Troupe".
