    Why credit card information is not fully visible when my clients submit the form?

    I didn't change anything on my form? Now I need to call them to get the complete credit card number. How do I change it so the entire credit card number is visible online and printable?

    I checked your form and I see that you're collecting credit card information on your form which is forbidden according to our Terms of Use:

    I removed those fields from your form since it is not allowed to collect such data with our forms, please avoid putting them back or your account will be suspended.

    The only item in the payment field that I've ever heard of is paypal. I'm
    sure many of my clients do NOT have a paypal account.
    So there is no way to get an entire credit/debit card number?

    Hello Augustine,

    Unfortunately, as a part of PCI DSS certification, we're deleting credit card information which was added with plain text.

    Please note that asking credit card information is not possible with plain text and asking credit card information with plain text which is against our terms of use.  If you want to create payment form the only way is creating forms with our Payment tools. Please check the guide below for more information:

    If your customers do not have a PayPal account they will be able to create a PayPal account when the submit the form easily as you see below:

     

    If you would like to accept online credit and debit card payments directly from your form without redirecting to the payment gateway provider's site, then you should choose among PayPal Pro, Stripe and Authorize.Net integrations.
