    Can I view and print the form submission individually that were encrypted

    2) I also encrypted the form.  I can view and print the form individually with the key I saved.  I can download the file to csv or excel...
    however, how do I decrypt the Excel file?

    Yes.

    As soon as you were able to remove the encryption on the form using your private key, you should now be able to print and download specific submission only.

    When I removed the decryption key, it encrypted everything on that form... basically, I could not do anything.  View the submission or download decrypted data.

    Please try to encrypt the form again. Once you turn on the encryption, it will ask for the Encryption Key. Please select the "I will use my existing keys" option.

    After turning on the Encryption, please try downloading the submission as an Excel file.
