It is possible to change the email recipient of the notification in the Emails wizard. Here's a guide:
1. Click the Emails button in the Form Builder.
2. Select the notification and then click the Edit button.
3. Go to the Recipients tab. You can edit or add email in the Recipients Emails field. Don't forget to click the Save button when you're done.
If you are referring on changing the account's email address, then you can do it in the My Account Profile page.
