Email notifications are not coming through

    I am not receiving email notifications at “paul@stcroixcreative.com” for the form “Stillwater Turf and Power - Driveway Grading Form”.

    Can you tell me what I can do to correct this?

    Please advise.

    Hello paulearney,

    I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and you should receive submission emails without any problem. Your email address is also not in our bounce list. I also checked our email logs and found that submission emails are being sent successfully. Please check logs below:

    Have you checked your spam folder already? I would suggest you to please check your spam folder and see if the emails ended up there. 

    Please note that it is possible to use your own email address to send submission emails. You will have to add a custom sender email in your account and set it as "Sender Email" of your form's notification email alert. The following guide should help you:
