I have a form located here: https://webapps.uc.edu/JotForms/forms/form/51892651468
I had previously deactivated it and then reactivated it. It worked fine previously, but now the file upload option at the bottom of the form no longer works correctly. It now says, "You have uploaded an invalid image file type," even though the extensions are correct and match the files being submitted.
I have cleared the form's cache, and I have delete and recreated the form upload option. It still does not work. Any thoughts?

Can you please tell us what is your JotForm username? I tried searching for details about the form, but I could not find information about your account.
