When the form is completed by a pc or android phone, the photo is coming correctly vertically, however when it is completed by an iPhone, the photo is being presented horizontally, would like the picture always get vertically?

That is because any image generated by iPhone or iPad is saved as Landscape Left with EXIF Orientation tag specifying the actual orientation. In IOS, the EXIF information is properly read allowing you to view the images same way it was taken. But in Windows, the EXIF information is not used causing you to see it sideways.

Our file upload feature currently doesn't have a function to auto rotate images taken using iPhone/iPad. A workaround for this would be to use your photo viewer to rotate and save the images or try our file upload/photo widgets:

We also have a report about this, but unfortunately, we don't have an update about it yet.
