My PDF report is cutoff

the format of PDF report is different and not coming correctly when applied online. I have added two paragraphs at the end of the form, but few sentences are missing.

Please let me know how to modify the formatting.

I have checked and you have only one form on your account http://www.jotform.me/form/62160560225446, so I assume that this is the form you are having issues with. However that form has no submissions, so I was not able to create PDF report to test the issue you mentioned. 

From screenshot you provided it seems that part of the text from your text fields is cut of on the right side. I have cloned your form and made test submission. After that I have created PDF report from my submission, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. PDF report was not cut off on the right side. 

Please try to reset your PDF report inside of PDF Designer to see if that will resolve your issue. On submission page click on PDF option and then select Customize PDF. Then inside of PDF Designer click on Reset button.
