    Our forms stopped going to Dropbox.

    Hi Team

    Everything was fine but I discovered today that the forms stopped going to Dropbox for some reason. Everything is normal user side when the form is filled out, I see the submissions are there, but they aren't hitting Dropbox. The integration seems to be active so I am stumped as to why it has suddenly stopped working. Can you assist, please?

    We are sorry for this inconvenient situation.

    Could you please remove integration first and re-integrate again? If it still does not work properly even after this, please let us know to inspect it deeply.

    I cloned your form and integrated that clone with my dropbox. I can't seem to replicate your issue on the clone. Upon submission of the cloned form, the submission and the uploaded file were both sent to the Dropbox folder.

    Can you please clear your form cache and try again? If the issue persists, you can also try cloning my form and using that to integrate with your dropbox. Here's the link to my version of your form: https://form.jotform.com/62380918150959
