Fiz o procedimento para remover o e-mail email@example.com da lista de rejeição e não resolveu.
Fiz a inscrição no site, ela chegou aqui e não chegou no e-mail acima.
Até cadastrei um segundo e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) que também não chegou.
Preciso de ajuda
I checked your email in our logs and it is not in Bounce list anymore, as you can see below:
Did you check your Spam/Junk folder, since it could be that your email went there.
Please take a look and let us know if that's the case.
Enviei um teste para o meu formulário e apesar de ter chegado aqui na caixa de entrada, não chegou no meu e-mail.
Sempre chegavam os e-mails e de repente pararam de chegar e nada do que vocês me sugerem está resolvendo.
Não está chegando na caixa de spam/junk.
O que eu devo fazer mais?
I see that the both email addresses are added to our bounce list since the emails sent to these addresses are repeatedly failed. I have removed the email addresses from the bounce list and you should be now able to receive the emails without any issue.
Also, please try whitelisting JotForm email addresses and IP addresses to ensure the delivery of the emails to your email addresses and refer to the guide below for troubleshooting certain email delivery issues.

Fiz tudo isso (tudo mesmo) e nada está funcionando.
Vou acompanhar as inscrições aqui pelo site mesmo, pois está dando muito trabalho resolver isso.
