My PDF form will not submit in Adobe Reader

I have researched this for some time now, I have just a basic form with 3 text fields and a checkbox that I want to just test to make sure I understand how the PDF form works.  When I open it in Adobe Reader and click Submit, nothing happens.  I get no errors or communication whatsoever.  The submissions don't show in my account either.

    Hello CameronWilson,

I've just made a test submission using the PDF version of your form using Adobe reader and I was able to make the test submission. Can you confirm that you have the latest version of the reader?

Also, please make sure that you have allowed your PDF file to make a submission. A prompt appears usually whenever you try to make a submission for the first time. Blocking it will prevent you to do your submission.

If you're still having difficulty making a submission using your PDF please let us know.

    Thanks.

I turned off my AdBlocker and it worked through Reader.  I didn't even think that the AdBlocker would work on a document in a different application.

    Thanks!

Thanks for sharing this information. Personally, I am also not aware that the AdBlocker application prevents the submission on a PDF document on a reader. We do have users who report that ad blocking plugins on web browsers do block some of JotForm's resources.

    Thank you.
