The 'Send Reset Instructions' doesn't work on Safari or Chrome

    see title. I can't follow 'forgot password' procedures because your button doesn't work. please advise.

    I've tested the password reset function in Google Chrome and it worked. You can try going to the login page (https://www.jotform.com/login) first, and then clicking the "Forgot Password" text link.

    Also, I went ahead and issued a password reset email for you. Please check your inbox, spam or junk mails.
