How to make testimonials show on my webpage?

I added from templates on your site,a testimonial form. Even if the button is selected to show on my webpage it goes to my email and does show on my webpage. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks, Mary Roberts

If I understood your request correctly, You would like to show your endusers' submission on your webpage if they allow you. 

As far as I know, it is possible to show submission data on a webpage but I'm not sure for the part showing on a webpage only if the user allows. Since, Our condition logic mainly work to configure form fields according to user selection.
