I recently set up Stripe as a payment service, in a addition to using paypal.
I don't get notifications of declines (like I do in jotform for paypal)
I don't get notifications of suspended accounts due to declines - I get notifications from paypal.
Do you know any workarounds that I can use to get these notifications?

Unfortunately, the submission will not go through if the Stripe payment fails, there is no option to notify you about the failed attempt.
What you could do in order to capture the submission details, is to enable "Later (Manually)", in this way, you can capture the payment later manually via your payment gateway(Stripe), if the charge gets declined, you will already have the submission details to contact the user to arrange the next payment attempt.
