How can I reset the monthly submission limit?

Hi, according to the analytics, we have 327 submission that is above the limit of the free account. Last month we upgraded the account to Bronze. This month we have only 43 new submissions. If we cancel the subscription, would we be still having our form enabled or it will be disabled?

If it will be disabled, can we reset it if we delete the existing data, so the form will not be disabled?
Because if it will not be disabled, we would like to downgrade to Starter because we still have fewer than 100 new subscription each month.

    Hello oztransfer,

Please note that in free account, you can only receive 100 submissions per month but the submission storage limit is 500. That means all your form together can store 500 submissions as any time.

This month you have received only 40 submissions which is well within the limits of free account. Please not that submission counters are reset on first day of every month. That means if you cancel your subscription now, your forms will not be disabled as the submissions counters are well within the limits and they will be reset to zero tomorrow.

You just need to monitor the total submission count of your account. If it is more that 500, your forms will not be disabled but you will receive warning email to upgrade. If you do not upgrade, old submissions which is in excess of 500 will be deleted.

    Hope this answers your query.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
