Hi Guys
I want to use your new Uploadcare file picker widget but I have found that the Uploadcare window is not responsive. When I test the widget on my iPhone 5 the window is wider than the screen (see attached file) so you cannot see the whole box. How can I fix this so it works on mobile too?
Regards, Brook Fabian

Hi,
Please do try enabling the "Make this form responsive" option in the Form Designer Tool.
After that, please also add the Mobile Responsive widget on your form. Save the changes and view your form and see if that works.
This guide might also be of a help: https://www.jotform.com/help/322-How-to-make-mobile-friendly-forms-on-JotForm
Let us know if that works.

Hi Charlie
Thanks for your message. Making the form responsive in the form designer does not work but adding the Mobile Responsive Widget works brilliantly! I did not realise you had that widget available so many thanks. I have two other questions:
Is there a way to control the options for cloud services available to the user? At the moment the widget has lots of different option but we really only want DropBox, Google Drive and One Drive? With the Filestack widget there was a way to tick the platforms you wanted to use.The DropBox integration is very important to use. With the Filestack widget we had to go and create a DropBox app to enable users to pick files from their DropBox account which was annoying. With Uploadcare widget will we need to do the same or does it allow DropBox uploads automatically? Thanks

Hi,
Thank you for updating us on the status and letting us know all is working now.
Since the next questions were about a different feature I created a separate thread for each here.
