Is there a way to create profiles, so repeat users of our forms don't have to fill in every field, every time?Asked by pbhughes on September 01, 2016 at 04:47 PM
We use our forms for job orders.
If one clients needs to log in several times for several different jobs, it would be nice if some of their repeated information is already completed ---- just for them.
Their name, address, etc ----- pre-filled.
By Using URL parameters, certain fields may be pre-filled. You can use this app to add your pre-fill values on your form for that specific user to use: http://prepopulate.jotform.io/ and then keep the URL generated for future reference.
You can learn more about prepopulating fields via URL parameters using this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters
