My Second Issue (not added to the forum)

I set the preferences on this form to not accept over 25 submissions. I filled out a message that let will let my users know they have reached the fulfillment of the pages we will build for them. When I tested this, the form disappeared from the page (good because I don't want them to submit more than they need to or paid for) bad because that message never showed up. Can someone help me ratify this?

I assume this was your form https://www.jotform.us/form/62424028353147 you were having the issue.

I made a test form https://form.jotform.com/62448782280967 to check if Submission limit warning message work, and so far it does work.

Here is the video of my test.

I checked more on your form and I noted that the Submission limit you have set is actually 36x and not 25x

Take note that the submission limit must be up to 36x before the Warning message of submission limit will be trigger.

If you need to, you can lower that limit to 25x only, and then monitor if new incoming usage of the form will now display the warning message.

Hope this help. Let us know if issue remains.

can you please test on my form so you can understand what I'm seeing? On mine, when the max number of submissions are met, the embedded from simply disappears with not message.

I think it's because of the embed codes. Normally, when the default is used, the form will simply disappear from the website. You'll have to use our iframe to show the error, I can see that you are now using the iframe. You can test it again or simply disable the form manually to see the error.
