How to rename the form.

How do I rename a form? I already renaming itt but it's not applying. Please help.

You have to edit it in your email notification if you are referring to the "Untitled Form" in the second image.

You can also use {form_title} tag so whenever you change your form title, it will automatically generate according to your form title.
