I would like to populate data from google sheet in to drop drown.

This google sheet contains students data created from Jotform earlier.

I would like to make this student name and id combine as drop down selection box in another attendance form i would like to create.

Currently there is no automated means to populate the form fields (i.e. options in Dropdown list) with data coming from external data source like google sheet.

You will have to do it manually via copy/paste method. That is copy the data from the spreadsheet and paste it on the Dropdown lists .
