I would like to set it to a common name so it can be recognized and handled on arrival

The only settings that you can make use of when changing the email notification's sender information is to change the sender information settings (but not the sender email address)
You can choose the sender name to the full name field, you can use the reply-to email as the email address field in your form. This way, when clicking the reply button, the target email shall put the email from the form submitter's email address.
These so far are the only information that you can use as identifier to know who made the submission.
