When I publish my form is always says Form not Found

    Hi,

    It looks your account is auto suspended by our phishing algorithm. I have re-activated your account.

    And I can see you have 3 forms in your account. But the form in the your link looks deleted by you. To publish your form you have to click publish button then you can see the publish details.
