Every few days or so my email address ends up on the bounce list.   I have to constantly go in and remove it.  I have white-listed every IP address, domain etc that I can find to try and avoid this.  What causes an email address to end up on the bouncelist? Here is my catering order form:

    Hello theverandah,

Why emails land in the bounce list: Emails land in the bounce list because your email server actually denied the email sent by JotForm. The inclusion to the bounce list is just a preventive measure by JotForm's mail server from damage of reputation which it may incur if emails are continuously being sent even if your mail server has blocked emails from the sending server.

In order to address this issue, you will need to know the message given by your mail server and start figuring out a solution from there. Do you recall the message given to why your email was in the bounce list?

Also, when you whitelisted the domains and IPs, was this whitelisted from the mail hosting service? or just through your mail account? Because if this is whitelisted by your mail hosting provider, this should no longer happen if done properly. However, if you have whitelisted them in your account only, bounces may happen again since it's through the mail server that the process of accepting and bouncing happens first before it lands in your account.

In any case, we'd like to hear from you on this matter in order to have a proper solution to your case.

    Thanks.
