Error message on my online reservation page

    Incomplete Values
    There are incomplete fields in your submission
    Please go back and fix the problem(s)
     
    my guests are getting that when they try to submit the reservation page
    my web people have no answer and sent me to you, any help would be greatly appreciated.  If not they want me to build a entire new site

    I believe you are referring to this form (https://www.jotform.com/form/92720614335). This form violates our terms of use because it has fields that are asking for credit card information.

    Please take note that you are not allowed to collect credit card information here in JotForm. If you need to collect payments from the users, you need to use one of our payment processors.

    Is this a new policy? I have used that form on website for years.

    No, this is an old policy. It is possible that your form was not detected by our phishing tool. Normally, our tool will suspend the account and disabled the form. Please check our terms of use.
