When a form is submitted and sent to an email address, how can you send the form as a pdf attachment? How can we maintain the form layout similar to the weform layout. We are using the form as a patient registration form for our office and on the form, we require our patient to e-sign the form but you can't sign the form as the submitted form does not maintain the form layout.

You have to enable that in your email notification under advanced settings.
So when someone submits the form, the submissions PDF will be included on email as an attachment.
