Hi, I added a new credit card but the profile keep to say that the subscription is expired. what can I do? thank u

I have checked our logs and found that your subscription should be renewed on September 2nd, 2016. However, for some reason the renewal did not occur and your subscription was cancelled.
What I will suggest you is to click on the "Reactivate Subscription" button in order to keep your subscription active, please make sure you select the proper plan and provide the correct payment info.
