Text field boxes turn white

After I publish and when I am testing the form, when I click on the text areas, the areas turn white and the text field that tells the person what to write in the field disappears. How can I fix this?

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to say that the placeholder text is disappearing after clicking on the text field? If so, the placeholder text will disappear on the text fields as we click on the field. I have checked your JotForm and see that there are no placeholders for the text box fields on your form and the form is displaying normally.

Are you referring to something different or a different form? It would be helpful if you can provide us with a screenshot so that we can guide you in the right direction.
