How to avoid multiple responses from the same user?

Is there an option for surveys to ask participants to enter a one-time key code, to avoid receiving multiple responses?

I understand that you want to avoid duplicate form submissions from the same user. If so, you may consider using the Unique Submission or Unique question feature from Advanced section of the form preferences. Unique submission can restrict duplicate submissions receiving from the same IP or PC and Unique question can restrict the same entry in the selected field to avoid duplicate submission.

Hi, thank you for your response. What if we wanted to allow people to take our survey at a shared office location? Would that prevent the IP/PC duplication method from working? Thanks.

In case of you want to receive the submissions from the same location, you may enable Unique question only while leaving Unique Submission option disabled.
