    Hi,

I'm running an online store for gaming product, but in order to deliever the product I need to get the account name and password of the client, it's not phishing although it looks like it.

    Thanks

    Hello JelyFish,

Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. Several of your form has fields like "Password" which makes it suspected of being used for phishing.

Authentication form can't be used in JotForm and creating such forms are against the Terms of Use. I have deleted the password field and activated your account again. Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if you have any trouble.

Kindly refrain from creating form with email/password, login/password or credit card details.

    Thank you!
