    I'm being charged for a closed account!

    I inadvertently opened two accounts in July 2015. JotForm processed a refund for $199.50 on July 24, 2015 for the specialeducationdoek12gaus. I have an email indicating that specialeducationdoek12gaus was closed as of August 18, 2015 at 12:48 PM EST per Aury, JotForm Support Team. Since then I've been paying $39.00 for the Silver Monthly plan on the gadoespecialed@doe.k12.ga.us account, which is correct. However, on July 24, 2016, my agency's credit card was charged $199.50 again for the closed account, specialeducationdoek12gaus. Please refund my credit card and email a confirmation to me at lrawlins@doe.k12.ga.us. Thank you.
