When user submits form it gets stuck on "please wait..."

I'm having the same issue some others in the forum have had. It's getting stuck on please wait... when you click submit. I tried using different embed methods including iframe, and it still won't work.

I did a test submission of your form using the direct link of the form (https://form.jotform.com/62547050124144) and I was able to successfully submit the form. It seems the issue is on the site where you have embedded the form. Can you provide to us the exact URL where you have embedded your form so we can further investigate the issue?
