Is it possible to have labels show dynamically?

is it possible using dinamic labels??,

Name of patient 1: Jonh

Date birth of {name_of patient_1}: 05/05/2016

Yes, you can make labels fill dynamically.

To do that please follow:

1. Take a note of the name of the field, which input you want to show in the label. For example, let's take the name from this form: https://form.jotform.com/62553854044962

Click on Preference button for the name field:

Click Advanced and then Field Details:

There you will have the name of your field:

2. Now, you will simply add that name to label of the field where you want to show it, for example:
