I am missing 2 payments from the Unicorn Shoot form that was sent on 10 Sep. I contacted PayPal but they couldn't do anything to assist.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Please note that JotForm does not process these payments, we simply forward the user who is filling out your form or their payment details to the payment processor's gateway, that transaction will be completed and processed on the payment processor's end, in your case that would be Paypal.
If you did not receive any payments from your Paypal account and there are no submissions in your JotForm account, then the form was not filled out.
If you received an "Incomplete Payment" in your JotForm account for a submission, this means that your user did not complete the payment transaction in Paypal. It is either they have abandoned the Paypal's payment gateway page and did not continue on completing the payment or they have accidentally closed the browser.
