Editing Submission with Unique Question

If I have a submission that needs to be edited and I have a unique question, an edited submission will still be allowed correct?

If you have enabled the Unique Question setup in your form, you can still edit all the fields in your form including the Unique Question. However, as per further checking, the Unique Question checking only works on new submission. The Unique Question setup will not work on editing submission.
