Your account is currently over limit for form views.  Storage subscriptions only allow for increased submissions storage, it does not allow for an increase in any other limits. 

Since you are a long time JotForm user, I have doubled your monthly form view limit.  You can now receive up to 2,000 views per month.  If you require more than that, you would need to upgrade to a Bronze level subscription or higher:
