Access savec but non submitted dataAsked by BoevaFedora on September 13, 2016 at 10:44 AM
I emplemented this on one of my form : https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later
It works well, but sometimes my users complain that when they go back on the first page of the form some mandatory attachment ( that they previously uploaded ) are missing.
Is there a way, to have the data they entered as soon as it is saved ? ( In the backoffice part )
submitted data JotForm saved www mandatory
The files must be uploaded when you are about to submit the form. Unfortunately, upload files can not be saved with the "Save and continue later" method. They can only be triggered with human behavior and not programmatically.
It should be like that because otherwise the app would be able to access sensitive files from local drives.
If you need anything else please open a new thread, we will be glad to assist you.
