Is JotForm able to create a link that will save an appoinment (training date and time) on your outlook calendar

when someone one registers for a training using JotForm does the auto responder have the capability to link the training date and time to an individuals outlook calendar?

Unfortunately, we do not have an integration that will allow you to create an even in a calendar app, we only have the feature to allow you to create a calendar report with your submitted data, pelase take a look on this link: How-to-Create-a-Calendar-Report

Also, there is a third party app that will help you to create an event in Google Calendar upon a JotForm submission, you will find the details about this on the Zapier's page here: https://zapier.com/zapbook/zaps/2606/create-google-calendar-event-from-new-jotform-submission/
