Responding to an Order Form

Hello.

We have several locations that need to be stocked every morning.  The previous night, the FOH person sends in an order for what they will need the following morning.  I print their emails, and give them to our kitchen staff to pack.

Here is my question - most nights that they pack there are shortages, so these items are not sent to that particular store.  Is there a way to set-up a Jotform so that the person packing could respond to the order form, listing the items that were short?
