Hi there, your site says 24x7 support. Is that true? I need help right now.

Please be noted that this support forum is our primary support and our support team around the globe provides support round the clock. Your questions in the support forum shall be answered in a timely manner.
I have checked our records using your email address and I was able to find two guest accounts and one of the account is over limit due to form view limits. If you have an account already registered, please let us know the username so that we can move the forms to your account. If you are not having a JotForm account registered, please register an account using the same email ID so that the forms will be moved automatically to your account. It is not possible to reset a password for a guest account since you cannot actually login to your account on guest account. So, please try registering a new account so that you can manage your forms at one place.

We cannot reset your password because you don't have a registered account with us. You are only using a guest account (guest_42968557730063). Guest accounts does not have a username or password.
