    Unable to print a form from the website?

    I use Jotform for a number of programs, but I am unable to print this form and I cannot figure out what I did.

    Are you trying to print the form from the browser? If yes, then please press "ctrl + P" to open the Print Preview. This is applicable in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

    You can also try saving the form as a PDF file in Google Chrome. In the Print Preview, click the "Change" button. 

    After that, select "Save as PDF file". After downloading it, you can print from your computer by opening the PDF file.

    I am using the “ctrl+P” option from Google Chrome but when the preview box
    opens there is nothing there with the exception of a yellow box (size about
    8x.5 at the top of the page. There is nothing else after that.
    As I said in my original note (maybe not clearly). We use jotform for all
    our registration forms and I have never had this happen.
    We usually clone a previous form and just make appropriate changes…this is
    the 1st one to have this happen.
    I also added a Print Button to the Submit which I read online that it might
    help…but it does not make a difference with the exception that it prints
    the 1st 2 pages blank and then the rest of the pages.
    I also tried creating a pdf, but that became a 6 page document and was
    really ugly looking.

    It seems that there is an issue with the form itself in rendering the background images and fields. Please allow me some time to check on this and get back to you.

    You may try selecting Simplify Page option in the print window when using Chrome which should be working fine without background graphics.

    I just tried the simplify page option and it takes out all the fillable
    fields and prints only the description text boxes. J

    I did some tests in a cloned version of your form, and it looks like the DocuSign widget is affecting the form with regards to the Print feature. After removing the widget in my cloned form, I was able to see the form entirely.

    Can you please try temporarily removing the DocuSign Widget on your form to see if you are able to print it after? Please let us know how it goes. Thank you.

    I have removed the docusign widget and yes, it prints now!
