How can I purchase a non-profit package from jotform?

I wanted to purchase the nonprofit package.  I am looking to process a few applications (<50) for our leadership development program.  I have already built the application form and made it active. The website says to click on the nonprofit page to get instructions.  I am waiting on those instructions.

As of checking, your non-profit application has been approved 30 minutes ago. I suggest to please check your email for the instructions on how to claim the 50% discount.
