I'm not getting notifications anymore.

    When I get a submission, I no longer get an email notification.  I used to

    Hello focusonfun,

    The account was autosuspended by the phishing system due to the form you created. Collecting credit card information is triggering the Phishing Filter because it violates our Terms of Use. I removed these fields from your form and activated your account. Please check our Terms of Use.

    If you want to charge user's credit card, we suggest using any of the payment tools with built-in CC fields like Paypal Pro, Stripe, Authorize.net, Dwolla and others. This ensures 100% secure payment transactions.

    You can also enable Payment Authorization if you do not want the charges to be automatic and charge the user manually on the date you want. https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization.
