If the form owner hasn't restricted his forms from being cloned by other users:

Then, you simply login to the other account, and clone the form as shown on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

Just paste the form's direct link in the textbox:

I see the forms now under shared forms. How do I move them to my forms?
If my friend decides to unshare: will the shared forms disappear? Or are they mine now?

Shared with you are forms that are shared from the other account.

If you try to clone a form, as my colleague explained earlier, then your form will be in my forms section.

And yes, if you're a sub-user of the account where those forms are created, and the owner turns off the sharing you will not be able to access those forms.

If you have any further questions please let us know.

    Thank you!

I cloned one of the shared forms and it created another form under the shared folder not under the forms folder. Help.

You first need to get the link of the form you want to clone, then click on "My Forms", and clone it. Example:
