My form cannot be submitted when oEmbed method of WordPress is used

hi yes, that was the iframe embedding i tried. it works but seems to break my footer. i try using the wordpress embed.

problem is this wouldnt send, can you help me with this one? thank you

Please install and use our oEmbed plugin instead of the default oEmbed in WordPress: https://wordpress.org/plugins/jotform-oembed/. See if this helps.
