Hi,
I'm trying to copy a set of questions that have a bunch of conditional logic. When I use manage multiple fields and duplicate these fields, even when I select "duplicate conditions," the condition are not duplicated. Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks!

I test it and was able to reproduce the issue as well.
Unfortunately, the feature seems to be bugged and not working. The only way to duplicate the condition for now is to do it in the Condition tool itself.
I have submitted a bug ticket report to the next level support. We will notify you here once we have fixed this.
Thank you.

Hello,
Thanks for the quick reply. I checked the form this morning and deleted all the fields I added. Then, when I looked at the conditions, it appears as though the conditions did, in fact, duplicate...perhaps it just took a while for the process to complete. Now, I have 260 conditions when there should be about 25. Is there a way to batch delete these extra conditions?

Unfortunately, you can't do that with new Wizard. But please try do it with the old one, just append &old at the end of the when you are in Form Builder, for example:
That will give you a way to remove all your conditions:
You can restore your Form builder to new by simply clearing cookies from your browser.
Hope it helps.

Hi,
While waiting for this feature to be de-bugged, I'd like to confirm that it does what I think it does.
If I use manage multiple fields to duplicate fields with conditions, I will not need to go back in and reset the field values, correct? In other words, if I have the condition: "If field 1 is yes, show field 2", and I duplicate that to create fields 3 and 4 and select duplicate condition, then fields 3 and 4 will be created with the condition "If field 3 is yes, show field 4"?
I am trying to determine if I should wait for debugging or just do this all manually. I have 40 conditions that I need to duplicate 4x, so if the feature works as I hope it does, it will save me much time if debugged before I need my survey.
Thanks!

I understand your point, I tested this on my end and this is what I found out. So if you duplicate those fields(I used the example that you described) it will create new fields with the same name:
Conditions will apply accordingly, doesn't matter it is the same name of the field:
And ID of the field will be different since those are unique.
Here is my test form: https://form.jotform.co/62723767807870
Hope it clarifies a bit more. And I would advise you to test this on a cloned form.
Thank you!

Yes, great idea to test this way. This feature does not work as I thought - instead of creating duplicate fields with their own condition, the condition is still tied to the original fields/condition.
Thank you - this was a great help! I think the best and easiest solution for me will be to clone the forms and link them together, rather than duplicating fields.
