I would like to set up an exhibition entry form where the user can enter multiple entries but only has to enter their personal details once. Is this possible?

Yes, there's a workaround for that.

First, you will have to construct a prepopulated URL via URL parameter for the personal detail fields and place it in your form's thank you page. Once the user clicks the prepopulated URL in your thank you page, their personal info taken from their initial submission will be prepopulated to the personal fields.

Here's a guide on how to prepopulate form fields via URL parameter https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-the-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters.

After creating the prepopulated URL, you can place it in your form's thank you message along with your custom message.
