Unable to open Conditions or Integrations wizard.

I am not able to open the Conditions or Integrations on the following form:

When I click on the Conditions or Integrations, nothing happens.  The Preferences button does work, though.

I have tried this in three different browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Safari), and on two different computers, but I am still not able to open the Conditions or Integrations.

Please can this be fixed as soon as possible?

I did check your form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. The "Conditions" & "Integration" wizard loads just fine. Please check the screenshot below:

I am not sure why it is not working for you even after you tested in multiple different browsers. I would suggest you to please try again in Chrome incognito (Ctrl+Shift+N) and see if the wizard window loads fine.
