    I have created a registration form, and when I click to view the form I am given a message that says the form has been disabled.

    I double checked, and the form is not disabled. I tried clicking disable and then enabling it to see if that would help, but it hasn't. I tried logging out and logging back in and that hasn't helped. I tried cloning the form, and that didn't help either.

    I really do not want to create another registration form because it is very long and time consuming.

     

    Please help.

    This is because your account is currently suspended, this happens when our anti-phishing system detects that you're asking for information not allowed; however, I have checked your forms and I can see they're fine.

    I have reactivated your account now and I would also suggest you to read our terms so you avoid your account to be suspended because of phishing suspicious: http://www.jotform.com/terms/ 

    Please check your account, your forms should be working fine now.
