Modify a t-shirt order form template.

I am trying to modify a t-shirt order form template. I only have one-color shirt and one item. I can't delete those other options.

To remove the other options in the payment field, please follow the steps below:

1. Click the Souvenir Items field and click the wand icon on the payment field

2. Enter your paypal account and click Continue

3. Hover over the product that you want to remove. Click the gear icon and select Delete to remove it from the options. Do this to all the products you want to remove.

4. Close the wizard and save the form. There should only be one item left.
