I want to calculate or TOTAL which selection is most picked

We have 13 questions and at the end of the form I want Jot form to total how many time A, B, C or D was selected and let me know which letter was picked most and then tag the contact so we can send them a specific email.

If I understand you correctly I believe you are looking for a way to calculate and tag users for your survey style form based on which letter was picked the most to let you and possibly them know.

As far as I know we do not have any sort of smart-tagging system for something like that but it is indeed a very interesting idea.

I think we'd need some time to look into this some more to explore if we have any workarounds for something of the sort perhaps and we could get back to you about it if anything otherwise we could gladly send a feature request for this on your behalf to our developers if you wish.

It's possible to create a quiz type form to calculate at which you could assign a visual report to track which is the most popular answer but, you'd still have to keep track and flag those in your submissions or wherever manually to contact the ones that meet your specified criteria.
